The second round of Opportunity Zones

Texas sent its list of 605 nominated census tracts to Treasury on September 4. They are nominated, not final, until Treasury certifies them. I'm spending a lot of time with cities and economic development groups on what comes next.

North Oak Cliff

More apartments in the neighborhood, with the Savoy team.

AI at Savoy

Rebuilding how the company runs, alongside Seth. The goal is the same as it has been: make our people better at their jobs, and keep AI away from residents and vendors.
